Ingredients of Jumeokbap
- You need 1 buah of bawang bombay ukuran kecil,cincang halus.
- It's 100 gr of daging sapi cincang (boleh pakai sosis,bakso,ayam,dll).
- You need 1 buah of wortel,potong dadu kecil (saya 1/2 buah jagung manis).
- Prepare 1 buah of timun uk.kecil (potong dadu).
- Prepare of Lebih enak pakai timun jepang /kyuri.
- It's secukupnya of Saus teriyaki.
- You need of Kecap asin secukupnya (tambahan dari saya).
- You need secukupnya of Merica bubuk.
- It's secukupnya of Garam dan gula.
- It's Secukupnya of butter / margarin untuk menumis.
- It's 5 centong nasi of pulen hangat.
- It's of Nori secukupnya,gunting korek api.
- You need of Wijen sangrai secukupnya untuk taburan (saya skip,lupa).
- You need of Abon sapi secukupnya (tambahan dari saya).
- Prepare of Nori secukupnya potong memanjang untuk alas (tambahan dari saya).

- Masukkan jagung manis,tambahkan merica bubuk,saus teriyaki,kecap asin,garam dan gula secukupnya.Tumis hingga bumbu meresap dan matang.Angkat, campurkan di nasi kemudian aduk rata..
- Tambahkan irisan timun,aduk rata.Masukkan potongan nori,aduk rata kembali..
- Bungkus tangan dengan plastik, kepal-kepal nasi kemudian pipihkan.Beri isian abon sapi secukupnya, tutup dengan nasi kembali kemudian kepal-kepal hingga berbentuk bulat..
- Taburin atasnya dengan wijen sangrai, saya kelupaan jadi gak pakai wijen. Letakkan potongan lembaran nori di atasnya,agak tekan sedikit biar melekat..
- Punya saya dibungkusin plastik wrap satu-satu.Karena takut di kotak bekal nanti tebalik2 dalam tas takut bulatannya hancur, jadi saya bungkusin biar aman.Biar tetap bulat 😁. Jumeokbap siap dijadikan bekal anak ke sekolah 👌.
