  1. Campur daging ayam, bihun dan telur, beri bawang putih, kaldu bubuk gula dan garam, aduk rata.
  2. Siapkan air hangat, tambahkan 1 sdm gula untuk mencelup ricepaper (gula agar ricepaper tdk lengket saat digoreng) lalu isikan isian kedalam ricepaper yg sudah dicelup air selama 5detik. Gulung seperti membuat lumpia.
