  1. Cuci dan potong2 daging.
  2. Rebus daging dengan metode 10,30,10..
  3. 10 menit daging direbus bersama dengan garam, gula, daun salam, serai dan lengkuas. Setelah 10 menit masukkan bawang merah,bawang putih,cabe yg sudah diiris (aku suka sebagian cabe dibiarkan utuh) terasi & asam. Tutup panci dengan rapat, matikan kompor, diamkan selama 30 menit..
  4. Cuci & suwir2 jamur enoki, biarkan memanjang..
  5. Potong2 tomat.
  6. Nyalakan kembali kompor, rebus selama 10 menit..
  7. Masukkan irisan tomat & jamur enoki. Tes rasa. Angkat & sajikan dengan bawang goreng.
