  1. Cara Membuat Opor Ayam : - Cuci bersih ayam - Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukkan lengkuas, sereh dan daun salam aduk rata - Kemudian tambahkan gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk - Masukkan ayam dan santan encer, lalu rebus sampai ayam empuk dan santan menyusut (aduk sesekali) - Tambahkan santan kental, masak sampai bumbu meresap.

Cara Membuat Telur Pindang : - Susun daun jambu-daun salam-telur-kulit bawang merah-lengkuas -daun jambu - Tambahkan kecap, garam dan air asam jawa - Rebus selama 10 menit, angkat lalu pukul2 kulit telur - Rebus kembali selama 15 menit, kemudian kupas kulit telur - Rebus kembali sampai warna telur berubah.
