- Cara Membuat Opor Ayam : - Cuci bersih ayam - Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukkan lengkuas, sereh dan daun salam aduk rata - Kemudian tambahkan gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk - Masukkan ayam dan santan encer, lalu rebus sampai ayam empuk dan santan menyusut (aduk sesekali) - Tambahkan santan kental, masak sampai bumbu meresap.
